O Division DESCRIPTION of James Reynolds, wanted for Stealing £ 10 from Lis master on 14th instant, and absconding :— He is between 17 and 18 years of age. about 5 feet 7 inches high, ruddy complexion, dark hair inclined to curl, light blue eyes, marks of boils on side of reck; wore a black cloth jacket, low- crowned hat; speaks with a strong North of Ireland accent; was a page; is a native of Whitehall, Bally mena, cou' ty Antrim, where his parents are supposed to reside. J P , was found dead o the aven ie of his residence, at Harristown, near- Castlerea, having been murdered by some person or persons at preseut unknown: Their Excellencies, for the better apprehending and bringing to justice the perpetrators of this murder, are pleased hereby to offer a reward of FIVE HUNDRED POUNDS to any person or persons who shall, within sis months from the date hereof, give such information as shall lead to the arrest of the person or persons who committed the same ; and a reward of ONE HUNDRED POUNDS for such private information as shall lead to the same result. The special attention of the Constabulary is directed to the following: DESCRIPTION of Thomas Hunt, ( mother's surname Quigley,) native of Knockgranagh, who stand s charged with having, on the 29th November, ult, in the barony of Leyny, parish of Achonry, murdered John M'Gloin, by fracturing his skull with a large stone:— Down looking appearance, two upper front teeth large and prominent, high cheek bones, large heavy lips, sunken jaws, very broad shoulders; g ari ig black eyes, slightly cocked nose, sallow compexion, oval face, siout mafee, 6 fee* 9 or 10 inches high, about 27 or 28 years of age, black hair, small dark moustache; wore a dark cloth coat, trowsers, and vest. Was in America, and lately returned from England, where he worked as a labourer. Has a pair of English- made navvy boots, with iron plates under toes, also a pair of light Wellington boots.
