DESCRIPTION of John Magee, native of Lurgan, who stanes charged with having, on the 25th day of May, 1877, iu the barony of Upper Belfast, parish of Sbankill, presented a revolver aad threatened to shoot one Ralph Fleeting : —- Dark complexion, slender make, 6 feet 5 inches high, sbont 30 years of Bge, dark hair, black beard on chin, blick moustache wore a black cap, dark f< ock ccat, dark tweed trowsers. gray tweed vest; this man is a mechanical engineer, and may be found about foundries or ironworks. DESCRIPTION of convict Jane Henry, otherwise Rooney. otherwise Murphy, 1972, who has broken the conditions ot her licenca in not reporting her- self to the Police on change of residence:— Con- victed at Armagh, in the county Armagh, at Michael- mas Sessions, on 20th October, 1871, for larceny from the person and former conviction for felony, and sentenced to 7 years' pen* l servitude; 34 years of age on conviction, can read and write, is a Roman Catholic, a widow, by calling a dealer, prison trade a sempstress; born in Newcastte- on- Tyne; resided before conviction in Belfast; dark brown hair, haz& l eyes, dark eyebrows, long and thick nose, medium mouth, fresh complexion, round visage, stout mate, 4 feet 9 inches high. The above- named convict was released from Mouutjoy Female Prison, 19th April, 1877, on an order of licence to be at largo, and took her dis charge for Belfast, where she reported herself. She has left Belfast without reporting her departure to the Constabulary or no'ifying any change of resi- de c « . and no trace of her can be fouDd.
