Bridge, esq., agent to Nathaniel Buckley, esq., Galtee Castle:— Rather ihort neck, slightly round shoulders; Brown eyes, hooked nose, fresh slightly freckled complexion, long face, stout make 5 feet 10 inches high, about 40 years of age, dark brown curly hair, sandy whiskers; wore a dark coat, cord trowsers, light vest. Denis Shea— Black spot under right eye, gray eyes, regular nose, pale complexion, large mouth, 5 feet 2 inches high, about 44 years of age, black hair, shaves all his face; is a travelling fish dealer. 2. DESCRIPTION of convict Edmond Kenneally alias Dinan, ( 13646,) who has broken the conditions of his licence in not reporting himself to the Consta- bulary on change of residence:— Ccnvitfed in the pounty of the city of Limerick, at Hilary Sessions cn 12tl » January, 1871, for receivirg stolen goods, and sentenced to 7 years' penal servitude; 60 years of age on conviction, can read and write, is a Roman Catholic, married, and has S children, is a labourer; born in Ballyarden, county Limerick, resided before conviction in Limerick, where bis friends reside; brown h « ir turning gray, blue eyes, fair eyebrows, regular nose, close moutb, lost 2 upper front teeth, fresh complexion, oval visage, a small wart at corner of right eyebrow on forehead wart on right cheek, itout make, 6 feet inches high. The above- named convict was released from Spike Island Prison, on 13th June, 1876, on an order of licence. He reported his departure for Cork on the 21st ultimo to the Constabulary at Waterford, aid stated that it was his intention to travel on foot, but he has not reported himself up to the present. In the event of his arrest, he should be dealt with nnder the 6th section of the Prevention of Crimes Act, 34 and 35 Vic., chap. 119. Government Prisons Office, Dublin Castle, March 16, 1877. Mon& gham DESCRIPTION of an ess, the property of James Farrelly, of corlea, which was stolen from the lands of Corlea ptrish of Magheross, barony of Farney, on the night of the 26th of March, ) 877 :— Dark brown she ass, long hair, some of which is rubbed off left hip, a white ring round muzzle, black nostrils, thick limbs ; it was newly shod when stolen, the two hind shoes being " fullered," and the fore ones plain; the ass is rained at £ 3. Was in America, and lately returned from England, where he worked as a labourer. H as a pair of English- made navvv boots, with" iron plates under toes, also a pair of light Wellington boots. DESCRIPTION of William James Devlin, native of Coolreagh, near Cookstown, who stands charged with having, on the 32nd January, 1877, in the barony of Upper Dungannon, parish of Derryloran, absconded from Cookstown, taking with him upwards of £ 20 sterling of his property, which ought, by law, to be divided amongst his creditors, he having been adjudicated a bankrr. pt on the 25th January, 1877 :— Straight active appearance, broad square shoulders; rather ' good- looking; gray eyes, regular nose, fair Complexion, regular face, stout make, 5 feet 11 inches high, about 38 years of age, light brown hair cu- very short, large light brown whiskers; wore a tweed coat, trowsers, and vest. It is supposed he proceeded to Dublin on the night that he absconded. A Warrent has been issued for his apprehension, Cookstown, Feb. 22, 1877. ( 11889 c.— 21598.)
