Armagh, DESCRIPTION of Peter M'Keown, native of Drumilly, who^ stands charged with having, on the 19th Febru- ary, 1877, in the barony of Upper Orior, parish of Killeavy, seriously assaulted Patrick Loughrane :— Slightly pockmarked about the nose ; gray eyes, hooked nee, dark complexion, regular face, medium mate, 5 feet 5 inches high, about 42 years of age, blaok hair, whiskers a ad moustache, wore all his beard; wore a blsck coat, trowsers, and vest. This man was out on bail to attend at Newry Petty Sessions, on 21st March, 1877, where he failed to appear; is supposed to have gone to county Londonderry, and will try to emigrate. DESCRIPTION of Henry Kane, native of Derryane, who stands charged with having, on the 92nd inst., at Derryane, in the barony of Onielland West, parish of Tartaraghan ard county of Armagh, assaulted Thomas Smyth, aged 8B years, by striking him on the head with a stick, from the effects of which his life is in danger:— Blue eyes, regular nose, fresh complexion, round face, stout make, 6 feet 7 inches high, about 40 years of age but looks younger, brown hair, short ssndy whiskers; wore a low round hat, gray tweed coat, cord troweers, dark vest. DESCRIPTION of Mary M'Inerney, native of Tulla, who stands charged with having, on the 8rd day of February, 1877, in the barony of Islands, escaped from Ennis Lunatic Asylum, where she had been committed as a dangerous lunatic, and unlawfully taken with her several articles of clothing belonging to ihe institution:— Blue eyes, straight nose, ruddy complexion, long face, stout make. 6 feet 2 inches high, sbout 24 years of age, brown hair; wore a dark grey sbawl, gray Wincey gown, white flannel petticoat, branded " E. R., who stands charged with having, on the 29nd March, 1876, in the barony of Coshlea, parish of kilbeheny, fired at Patten S. Bridge, esqi, agent to Nathaniel Buckley, esq., Galtee Castle :-+ Rather short neck, slightly round shoulders; Brown eyes, hooked nose, fresh slightly freckled complexion, long face, stoat make, 6 feet 10 inches high, about 40 years of age, dark brown early hair, sandy whiskers; wore a dark coat, cord trowsers, light vest. DESCRIPTION of 9 persons, naimes and native places unknown, who stand charged with having, on the 80th Maroh, 1876, in the barony of Condons and Clangibbon, parish of Mitchelstown, been two of a party who fired at and wounded Patten: Bridge, esq., and Constable Mathew Nugent, and shot John Hyland dead at same time and place :— 1. Unknown— Fair complexion, stout make, 6 feet 10 indies high, about 35 years of age, sandy whiskers nearly meeting under the chin; wore a cloth frock coat; had his face blackened. 9. DESCRIPTION of Denis Shea and Alice Shea, husband and wife, natives of Killorglin, Kerry, who stand charged with having, on the 4th February, 1877, in the barony of Barrymore, parish of Caherlag, stolen a donkey cart, the property of Patrick Sexton, which has since been recovered:— 1. Denis Shea— Black spot under right eye, gray eyes, regular nose, pale complexion, large mouth, 5 feet 9 inches high, about 44 years of age, black hair, shaves all his face; is a travelling fish dealer. 9. Alice Shea— Sunken black eyes, regular nose, fallow complexion, oval face, thin make, 4 feet 10 inches high, about 45 years of age, dark hair. DESCRIPTION of convict Edmond Kenneally alias Dinan, ( 1CC1C,) , vli L d L. ok. n the conditions of his licence in not reporting himself to the Consta- bulary on change of residence:— Convicted in the county of the city of Limerick, at Hilary Sessions, cn 13th January, 1871, for receiving stolen goods, and sentenced to 7 years' penal servitude; 50 years of age on conviction, can read and write, is a roman Catholic, married, and has 8 children, is a labourer; bom in Ballyarden, county Limerick, resided before conv'ction in Limerick, where bis friends reside; brown hair turning gray, blue eyes, fair eyebrows, regular nose, close moutb, lost 2 upper front teeth, fresh complexion, oval visage, a small wart at corner of right eyebrow on forehead, wart on right cheek, stout make, 6 feet inches high. The above- named convict was released from Spike Island Prison, on 18th June, 1876, on an order of licence. He reported his departure for Cork on the 21 St ultimo to the Constabulary at Waterford, and stated that it was his intention to travel On foot, but he has not reported himself up to the present.
