Bridge, esq., agent to Nathaniel Buckley, esq., Galtee Castle s— Rather short neck, slightly round shoulders; Brown eyes, hooked nose, fresh slightly freckled complexion, long face, stout make, 5 feet 10 inches high, about 40 years of age, dark brown curly hair, sandy whiskers; wore a dark coat, cord trowsers, light vest. DESOBIPTIOH of 3 persons, names and native places unknown, who stand charged with having, on the 30th March, 1876, in the barony of Condons and Clangibbon, parish of Mitchelstown, been two of a party who fired at and wounded Patten Bridge, esq., and Constable Mathew Nugent, and shot John Hyland dead at same time and place :—• 1. Unknown— Fair complexion, stout make, 5 feet 10 inches high, about 35 years of age, sandy whiskers nearly meeting under the chin; wor « ? cloth frock coat; had his face blackened. 2. THE attention of the Constabulary is called to the description, under Cork, in Hue- and- Cry of 23rd June, 1874, of ticket of leave convict James Ryan, who, on the 6th iust, was. in this proclaimed district, arrested, having arms without a licence, and who, it has since transpired, represented himself at farmers, houses as John Ryan, who fired at Mr. Bridge, and that Crowe who shot his driver, was his uncle. It is suspected that for the last 2 years he was earning about, obtaining his livelihood by these and other false pretences. M., in the barony of Carra, parish of Dram, at Loonamore, discharged three shots from a revolver from behind a rick of turf at George R. Acton, esq., Bridgemount, as he ( drove by, returning from the fair of Balls:— Face not muscular, about 13 stone weight, seemingly a man not accustomed to hard labour, swarthy or much sun- burnt complexion, round lace, v full make 6 feet 8 inches high, 40 years ol age, dac, sandy hair, beard and moustache; brown frieze si k coat, dark tweed vest, whitish trowsers, and a it hat, with high crown.
