R., who stands charged with having, on the 33nd March, 1875, in the barony of Coshlea, parish of Kilbeheny, fired at Patten S. Bridge, esq., agent to Nathaniel Buckley, esq., Galtee Castle:— Rather short neck, slightly round shoulders; Brown eyes, hooked nose, fresh slightly freckled complexion, long face, stout make, 5 feet 10 inches high, about 40 years of age, dark brown curly hair, sandy whiskers; wore a dark coat, cord trowsers, light vest. M., in the barony of Carra, parish of Drum, at Loonamore, discharged three shots from a revolver from behind a rick of turf at George R. Acton, esq., Bridgemount, as he drove by, returning from the fair of Balla:— Face not muscular, about 18 stone weight, seemingly a man not accustomed to hard labour, swarthy or much sun- burnt complexion, round lace, very full make 6 feet 8 inches high, 40 years of age, dark sandy hair, beard and moustache; brown frieze sack coat, dark tweed vest, whitish trowsers, and a sott hat, with high crown. DESCRIPTION of Thomas Hunt, ( mother's surname Quigley,) native of Knockgranagh, who stands charged with having, on the 29th November, ult, in the barony of Leyney, parish of Achonry, murdered John M'Gloin, bv fracturing his skull with a large stone :— Down- looking appearance, two upper front teeth large aid prominent, high cheek bones, large heavy lips, sunken jaws, very broad shoulders; gla'ing black eyes, slightly• cocked nose, sallow complexion, ovf. l face, stout make, 5 feet 9 or 10 inches high, about 27 or 28 years cf age, black hur, small dark moustache; wore a dark cloth coat, trowsers, and vest Was in America, and lately returned from England, where he worked as a labourer. Queen's DESCRIPTION of John Ryan, native of Garryduff, who stands charged with having, on the 81st October, 1876, in the barony of Clandonagh, parish of Rathdowney, seriously assaulted William Guilfoyle, thereby causing his death on 3nd November, 1876, fsee Hie- and- Cry, 8rd November, 1876>:— Large boil on back of neck ; slight impediment in his speech ; gray eyes, fair complexion, fresh freckled face, tipperary, DESCRIPTION of a person name, and native place unknown, who stands charged " with having, on the 13th day of December. 1876, in the barony ot Middlethiid, parish of St. Patricksrock, stolen a heifer, the property of Thomas Dwyer, of Cashel, which he sold shortly after in the fair of cashel, to a man namsd Patrick Cunningham, cattle dealer, same place:— Ordinary nose, sallow complexion, smooth round face, stout make, 6 feet 8 inches high sbout 34 years ot age, black hair; wore a soft round hat, dark frieze coat, dark trowaers, and vest, patent leather leggings had the appearance of a comfortable farmer's son. DESCRIPTION of convict Brian Kearney ( 19940) who has broken the conditions of his licence in not reporting himself to the Constabulary on change of residence :— Convicted at Cashel, county Tipperary, at Hilary Sessions, on 8rd January, 1867, for buggery, and sentenced to 10 years' penal servitude': 80 yenrs of age on conviction, can write, is a Roman Catholic, single, is a labourer, ( states he was a soldier in 80th Regiment for 7 years i) born in| Cashel, county Tipperary t he resided before conviction in Casbel Workhouse; brown hair mixed with gray, blue eyes, brown heavy eyebrows, thin sharp nose, small mouth, thin lips, sallow com- { ilexion, oval visage, sore- mark behind left hip, ost a tooth out of left side of upper jaw, cross tattooed between thumb and first finger of left hand, stout make, 6 feet 6[ inches high. The above- named convict was released from Spike Island Prison, 9th October. 1874, on an order of licence. He left Cashel for Queenstown on the 94th ultimo, aDd reported his departure before leaving; a communication was received on the 30th nltimo, saying; that he had ' eft Queenstown on his return to Cashel, but up to the present he ha3 not reported himself. In the event of his arrest, he should be dealt with under the 5th section of the Prevention of Crimes Act, 1871, 84 and 85 Vic., cap. 112. Government Prisons Office, Dublin Castle, December 18, 1876. This woman gave birth to a chiid in the house ot Sarah A. Hagan, Killycolps, on the 31st July, when she stated her name, < fcc., was as above given. A Warrant for her arrest has been issued.
