R., who stands charged with having, on the 33nd March, 1876, in the barony of Coshlea, parish of Kilbeheny, fired at Patten S. Bridge, esq., agent to Nathaniel Buckley, esq., Galtee Castle:— Rather short neck, slightly round shoulders ; Brown eyes, hooked nose, fresh slightly freckled complexion, long face, stout make 6 feet 10 inches high, about 40 years of age, dark brown curly hair, sandy whiskers; wore a dark coat, cord trowsers, light vest.
