WHSBEAS on the night of Thursday, the 16th of November instant Police Constable Cox wa hut illy murdered on the highway at Netherton, near Yeovil, in the county r. f Somerset, and the three men herein named ( who have absconded) are charged with the murder:— 1. George Hutchings — About KB years of age>, about 5 feet 6 inches high, dark hair turning gray sallow complexion, thin face, medium figure 9. Giles Hutchings— About ? 0 years of age, about 6 feet 6 or 7 inc'res high, black hair, whiskers and moustache ( may be shaved off1, sallow com- plexion, thin face, and downcast look. 3. Peter Hutchings— About 26 years of age, B feet 6 inches high, rather stout, dark brown hair, sallow complexion, marked with small- pox. The two last- named persons are sons of George hutchings. and all are natives of Hardington, near Yeovil. It has been considered safer not to describe the dress of the three men, as thev went home after the commission of the offence with which they are charged, and may have changed their clothes. This is to give notice that the above Reward will be paid to any person who shall apprehend or give such informs tion as shall lead to the apprehension of the above persons, or a proportionate sum for such information as shall lead to the arrest of either of them. Information to be given to Superintendent Smith, Yeovil, or to V. Goold, Esq., at his offices, Glaston- bury, by whom the Reward will be paid to those who may become entitled to it undez this notice. Bridge, esq., agent to Nathaniel Buckley, esq., Galtee Castle:— Rather short neck, slightly round shoulders; Brown eyes, hooked nose, fresh slightly freckled complexion, long faee, stout make B feet 10 inches high, about 40 years of age, dark brown curly hair, sandy whiskers; wore a dark coat, cord trowsers, light vest. DESCRIPTION of a man, name unknown, who stands charged with having, on the 17th instant, at Tullamore, barony of Ballycowan, parish of Kilbride, feloniously st den an overcoat and rug, which he pawned at Tullamore same evening:— About 4* years of age, 6 feet 7 inches high, re- u round full lace, rather stout make; wore a long brown coat, cord trowsers, low felt hat, and red woollen muffler.
