Connor Keighran— Dark eyes, straight nose, dark complexion, regular face, stout make, 5 feet 6 inches high, about 30 years of age, dark hair - and whiskers ; wore a low hat, frieze coat, dark tweed trowsers, tweed vest. 2. Peter M'Carton— Black eyes, long nose, pale complexion, thin face, stout make, 5 feet 6 inches high, about 28 years of age, black hair and whiskers meeting under chin; wore a cap, blue jicket and trowsers, tweed vest; he has recently returned from England, and will endeavour to go back - there. DESCRIPTION of Convict Bryan Kearney, No. 12940, who has broken the conditions of his licence in not reporting himself to the Constabulary on change of residence :— Convicted at Cashel, county Tipperary, at Hilary Sessions, on 3rd January, 1867, for buggery, and sentenced to 10 years penal servitude; 30 years of age on conviction, is a Roman Catholic, single, is a labourer, states he was a soldier in 30th Regiment for 7 years; born in Cashel, county Tippcrary; resided before conviction in Cashel Workhouse; brown hair mixed with gray, blue eyes, brown heavy eyebrows, thin sharp nose, small mouth, thin lips, sallow complexion, oval visage, st ut make, 5 feet inches high; sore- mark behind left hip, lost one tooth out of left side of upper jaw, cross tattooed between thumb and first finger of left hand. The above- named convict was released from Spike Island Prison, £ n 9th October, 1874, on an order of licence. He ported his departure to the Con- stabulary at Waterford city on the 26th November, 1874, stating that he was on his way to Cork city; he has failed to report himself in that district. In the event of his arrest, he should be dealt with under the 5th section of the Prevention of Crimes Act, 1871, 34 and 35 Vic., cap. 112. R., who stands charged: with having, on the 13th of December, 1874, at Reafadda, in the barony of Kilnamanagh Upper, parish of Toem, stabbed George Allis with a knife in the neck and other parts of the body:— Bather good- looking; gray eyes, regular nose, red complexion, red round full face, stout make, 5 feet 6 inches high, about 25 years of age, red hair; wore a black frieze coat, dark tweed trowsers and vest; is a comfortable farmer.
