WHEREAS, on the night of the 23rd ultimo, between the hours of 9 and 10 o'clock, a shot was fired into the dwelling of Patrick Flannery, in the town of Scarriff, parish of Tomgraney, and county of Clare, which inflicted a slight wound on Mrs. Anne Flannery: I hereby offer a reward of £ 50 to any person who shall, within six months from the date hereof, give such information as shall lead to the arrest of the person who committed the outrage above referred to.
