DESCRIPTION of Henry Solomon, for whose arrest a Warrant has been issued, charging him with the felony of a silver watch with gold chain, on the 22nd April, 1874 :— He is between 80 and 32 years of age, about 5 feet 5 inches high, dark brown hair, pale complexion, no beard or whiskers; wore an old dark cloth suit, tall silk hat. He is a Jew, and travels through the country selling spectacles and mock jewellery, and may have cards with his name and the address 14, Lower Liffey- street, or 19, Denmark- street, Dublin, on them. WHEREAS it has been represented to the Lord Lieutenant, that, on the night of the 23rd July, 1874, Thomas Fleming and Alice Fleming, his wife, were both brutally murdered at Curraghmore, ntar Mitchelstown, in the county of Cork: His Grace the Duke of Abercorn, for the better apprehending and bringing to justice the perpetrators of this murder, is pleased hereby to offer a reward of ONE HUNDRED POUNDS to any person or persons who shall, within six months from the date hereof, give such information to the Resident Magistrate or Constabulary as shall lead to the arrest of the person or persons who com- mitted the same. By His Grace's Command, T. H. BURKE. The above reward will be paid, on conviction, by Richard J. Eaton, esq., the Resident Magistrate at Mitchelstown, to those who may become entitled to it under the conditions of this Proclamation. DESCRIPTION of John Shea alias Murphy, who states he is a native of Castleisland, county Kerry, and stands charged with having, on the 14th inst., in the barony of Imokilly, parish of Mogeely, been found wandering as a tramp and unable to give a satisfactory account of himself, and hasbeenremanded for inquiry to be made :— Gray eyes, regular nose, fresh complexion, ordinary face, stout make, 6 feet 4^ inches high, 24 years of age, brown hair; wore a black jerry hat, blue pilot coat, dark tweed trowaers and vest. DESCRIPTION of the under- named young offender, who, on the 20th August, 1874, absconded from the St. Joseph's Reformatory School at Ballinasloe:— Bridget Toohey, 14 years of age, 5 feet high, rather slight make, fair complexion, brown hair, blue eyes, remarkably long nose, rather good- looking; formerly belonged to Ballygreany, Ballymacward, where her parents reside. The school dress, all with Reformatory stamp, consists of— brown and white shirting working jacket, black flannel inside petticoat with gray linen bodice, brown frieze outside petticoat, gray linen apron with body, white stockings. She took a gray rug with her. The Manager of the Reformatory will defray tho expense of her conveyance, if arrested, to the nearest Justice, on remand, and will reward the person who may capture her with £ 1. Jk HABITUAL CRIMINALS UNDER POLICE SUPERVISION ho have not reported themselves, as required by " The Prevention of Crimes Act, 1871," and who are liable, on conviction, to 12 months' imprisonment. I. Sub- Inspectors are to report without delay to " The Registrar of Habitual Criminals, Dublin Castle," the names and descriptions of all persons under supervision reporting themselves in their respective Districts. II. Also to report to the " Directors of Government Prisons, Dublin Castle," in all cases in which it may come to the knowledge of the Constabulary that convicts are in any way infringing the conditions of their licences.
