DESCRIPTION of William Ross, native of Ballina- muck, who stands charged with having, on the 6th day of July, 1874, in the barony of Longford, parish of Killoe, and county of Longford, seriously assaulted Michael Cassedy, by kicking hiai in the abdomen, from the effects of which he died on the 8th instant :— Right leg bowed at the knee, caused by a fracture; holds his head to one side, kat a peculiar expres- sion about the eyes ; regular nose, sallow complexion, long face, stout make, 6 feet 7 inchcs high, about 40 years of age, very black hair; wore a low hat, gray friezo coat, dark trowsers, frieze vest.
