DESCRIPTION of Alexander Gordon, native of Tully- rawley, who stands charged with having, on the night of the 21st February, at Ballywatermoy, in the barony of Lower Toome, parish of Craigs, inflicted wounds on the head of John Treacy, of Dunmining, from the effects of which be died on the 24th : Very smart active appearance, rather slender make, downcast look ; regular nose, dark complexion, sharp face, 5 feet 10 or 11 inches high, about 30 years of age, dark hair; shaved his cheeks on a line with mouth, wore his beard from that round and under chin, no moustache; wore a cloth cap with rough edging, moleskin jacket, cord trowsers.
