DESCRIPTION of Thomas Kelly, native of Shandrum, wbo stands charged with having, on the 18th inst., at Shandrum, in the barony of Ibrickan, parish of Kilmurry, with two of his brothers, who are in custody, seriously assaulted Michael Kelleher, so as to eu- danger his life :— Mark of a cut over one of his eyebrows, heavy gait when walking; bluo eyes, long nose, sandy complexion, long face, medium qiake, 5 feet 7 or 8 inches high, about 81 years of age, red hair; wore a soft jerry hat, frieze coat, dark tweed trowsers and vest. DESCRIPTION of Cornelius Driscoll, native of Ballinlough, who stands charged with having, on the night of the 20th inst., in the barony of East Car- bery, West Division, parish of Kilmacabea, struck Denis Driscoll a blow of a stick on the head, from the effects of which he died on tbe following morn- ing :— Brown eyes, regular nose, sallow complexion, rather long face, stout make, 5 feet inches high, about 35 years of age, dark brown hair; wore a soft round hat, blue coat and trowsers ; smart intelligent appearance; has a very keen look about the eyes, and has the appearance of a man of determination; his hair hangs about the sides of his head as if recently wetted, it is long and straight and rather thin. DESCRIPTION of Robert M'Nally, native of Athy, county Kildare, who stands charged with having, on the 13th of October, 1873, in the barony of West Narragh and Reban, parish of St. John, obstructed and violently assaulted Acting- Constable James Mahon and Sub- Constable Edward Graydon in the discharge of their duty, and who was bound in recog- nizance to appear at Athy Petty Sessions on the 9th December, 1873, and failed to do so, whereby his recognizance has been estreated :— Ill- looking coun- tenance, high cheek- bones, sunken jaws, long neck, some of front teeth broken; dark ejes, short thick nose, sallow complexion, thin face, slight make, 5 feet 6 inches high, about 30 years of age, dark brown hair; wore a black cap, brown cloth coat, tweed trowsers, tweed vest; is a blacksmith by trade, and likely to seek ' employment as such. This man may have gone to England to look for employment.
