Kelly and Timothy Dcasey, reputed to be Fenians, having been forcibly rescued from custody while being conveyed to the Man- chester City Gaol, at 4 p. m., this day, are now at large: The above reward will be paid hv Her Majesty's Government to any person or persons who shall give such information as will lead to the capture of tho above- hartied Thomas Q. Kelly and Timothy Deasey. Secrecy will be observed as to the Name of the Informant. Description :— Thomas Q. Kelly otherwise Martin Williams, a native of Ireland, 35 years of age, 5 feet 6 inches high, hazel eyes, brown liair. brown whiskers, weighs 16 I pounds, small scar inside right arm, scar over right temple, large scar over middle of belly from an ulcerated wound, one tooth out right side next to double ones on tup s^ de} says he is a bookbinder by trade. * Timothy Deasey, otherwise John White, a nativ? REVISED INFORMATION. DescRpTiON of Martin Delaney, charged with killing and slaying his wife, Catherine, ou the 8th November, instant, at hebburn quay, near Jarrow- on- Tync. in ilio county of Durham :— lie is an Irish labourer, about 35 years of age, 5 feet 0 inches high, sallow complexion, dark brown hair, generally wears a strong tuft of'dark brown hair on chin, and whis- kers half way up each side of lace, face slightly pock- marked, hus iv speck on one of his eyes— supposed the loft eye, stout figure, short neck ; supposed to bo dressed when he absconded in a dark cl< th shooting coat, fustian vest and trowsers, large crowned cloth cap with peak, with a brass button at each side, flo has been employed as a frame turner in an iron shipbuilding yard, and was in America about two years, front which place ho returned to this county about three jeurs ago. Delnney absconded immediately after the commission of the offence, and has not since been heard of. He is a native of Kilkenny. Ireland. It is extremely probable that he will be going under an assumed name, that he will have changed his dress, and will endeavour to disguise his personal appearance. It is earnestly requested that the Police use every exertion to effect the arrest of this mrfn and com- municate with Superintendent Salter, Durham County Constabulary. jarrow- on- Tyne. WANTED, on a charge of forgery and embezzlement, Thomas Dickie, junior, bank clerk, native of Kirk- cudbright, Scotland, about ft feet 8 inches in height, Ui years of age, dark brown hair, generally cut very short, brown whiskers, heard and moustache, fresh complexion, daik eyes, full face, stout make; spenks quiet with an English accent. INSCRIPTION of John Barrett, native of Knockbrack, county Mayo, who stands charged with having, on the night of the 1 st instant, in the barony of Tyrawley, parish of Crossmolina, stolen 2 bullocks, the pro- perty of Hugh Malley, of Comminch ; for description , of cattle see Hue- and- Cry, 10th instant:— fresh com- plexion, stout make, about 5 feet 6 inches high, about 25 years ofage, light brown hair, reddish whiskers in cheeks and chin, heavier on chin than on the cheeks; dresses respectably, has lately worn oil coat and black leggings ; good looking, well made. December, 1870, in the barony of Upper Ormond, parish of Ballymackey, struck Cornelius Corrigan with a stone on the head, which fractured his skull, from the effects of which his life is in danger :— blue eyes, long thin nose, pale complexion, smooth face, medium make, 5 feet 6 inches high, about 18 years of age, brown hair ; wore a black jerry hat, gray frieze frock coat, corduroy trowsers, tweed vest. DESCRIPTION of Michael Lonergan, native of Boula- kennedy, who stands convicted with having, on the 22nd July, .1870, in the barony of Iffa and Offa West, parish of Shanrahan, committed a brutal assault on . John Lonergan, of Rehill; it is very important that the arrest of this man be effected:— h small hole on left cheek, a mark of. a healed wound, if asked to say the word " chew," he would pronounce it " shew ;" gray eyes, regular nose, fair complexion, fresh face, medium make, about 5 feet 8 inches high, about 35 years of age, sandy hair slightly curly, small sandy whiskers ; wore a round black jerry hat, blue coat, corduroy trowsers, gray tweed vest. Tyrone; DESCRIPTION of a horse, the property of James Greer, esq., which was stolen out of his stable, in the townland of Campsie, parish of Drumragh, barony of East Omagh, on the night of the 3rd January, 1871 :— a strong cart- horse, chestnut colour, 13 years of age, 16 hands high, in good condition, and value for £ 15, one hind foot white, supposed the off one, is marked by the harness on hind quarters.
