DESCRIPTION of Patrick Flanagan, native of Boyle, who stands charged with having, on the 16th instant, in the barony of Leitrim, parish of Kiltoghert, stolen two heifers and a bull, the property of Robert Keenan, and having sold two of them in the fair of Boyle for £ 7, with which he absconded, supposed for America: — 24 years of age, 5 feet 4 inches high, stout make, sallow complexion, sharp face, slightly freckled, dark eyes, dark brown hair, cut short, aud inclined to curl ; wore a cloth cop, dark pilot frock coat, dark cloth trowsers, dark cloth vest; cicatrice over eye ; smiles when speaking ; small short whiskers ; had his lelt leg broken last spring ; had a £ 5 note; traced to Castle- rea ; thence to Athlone. WHEREAS it has been represented to the Lord Lieutenant, that on the night of the 17th instant, Mr. John Cussen was fired at and wounded at his residence at Ballyfokeen, in the barony of Connelloe, in the county of Limerick, by some person at present unknown. His Excellency, for the better apprehending and bringing to justice the perpetrator of this outrage, is pleased hereby to offer a reward of £ 100 to any per- son who shall, within six months from the date here- give such information as shall lead to the arrest of person who committed the same. By His Excellency's command, THOS. A. WHEREAS information has reached the Government that Patrick Ross and James Ross, charged with the murder of John Corrigan, and with firing at and wounding his wife, Mary Corrigan, near Malkagh, in the barony of Longford, and county of Longford, on the 20th April, 1862, and who have not as yet been arrested, have been concealed, and are harboured, received, and concealed, and assisted and aided in several parts of the country since the said murder: Now, His Excellency the Lord Lieutenant is pleased to offer a reward of £ 100 to any person or persons who shall, within six months from the date hereof, give such information as shall lead to the arrest of any one whomsoever who has, since the said murder, knowingly harboured, or received, or con- cealed, or assisted or aided in any way whatever in their eseape from arrest, the said Patrick Ross and James Ross. By His Excellency's command, THOS. A. LARCOM. The above reward will be/. paid, on conviction, by the Resident Magistrate at Longford. DESCRIPTION of said Pat Ross and James Ross:— Patrick, 35 years of age, 5 feet 7 inches high, stout make, sallow complexion, thin face, gray eyes, sharp noso, cut on his lip, brown hair; wore a gray frieze coat, oord trowsers, dark vest; wore a jlm crow hat. Will try to escape to America. James, 25 years of age, 5 feet 8 inches high, slight make, dark complexion, thin face, gray eyes, regular nose, black hair; wore a dark frieze frock coat, cord trowscrs, dark tweed vest; wore an old dark cloth cap. DESCRIPTION of John Nuttly, native of county Sligo, who stands charged with having, on the 1st instant, in the barony of Carbury, parish of Ahamlish, feloniously assaulted Mary Gallagher, a child thirteen years of age:— 23 years of age, 5 feet 8 inches high, stout make, fair complexion, thin face, blue eyes, long nose, red hair; wore a black cap, grey frieze frock coat, cor- duroy trowsers, strong high- low shoes j small thin whiskers. • Grange, 15th Aug., 1863, ( B. 24352— 7289.) WHEREAS it has been represented to the Lord Lieutenant, that on the morning of the 4th instant, John Andrew Jackson, Esq., J. P., was murdered in his own Demesne, at Mount Pleasant, in the barony of Upper Ormond, and county of Tipperary, by some person or persons at present unknown. His Excellency, for the better apprehending and bringing to justice the perpetrators of this murder, is pleased hereby to offer a reward of £ 100 to any person or persons who shall, within six months from the date hereof, give such information as shall lead to the arrest of the person or persons who com- mitted the same. By His Excellency's command, THOS. A. LARCOM. The above reward will be paid by John Fleming, Esq., the Resident Magistrate at Nenagh, to those who may become entitled to it under the conditions of this Proclamation. DUBLIN CASTLE, February 24, 1863. WHEREAS Michael Hayes, who is charged with having murdered Mr. John Waller Braddell, on the 80th of July, 1862, in the town of Tipperary, has hitherto evaded arrest. His Excellency the Lord Lieutenant is pleased hereby to offer a reward of £ 300 to any person or persons who shall, within six months from the date hereof, give such information as shall lead _ t< arrest of the said Michael Hayes. DESCRIPTION of Thomas Barrett, native of Bally- clachinan, who stands charged with having, on the 15 th instant, in the barony of Middlethird, parish of Mora^ committed a felonious assault on a female: 22 years of age, 5 feet inches high, stout make, fair complexion, red face, regular nose, fair hair; wore a* jerry hat, brown tweed coat, brown tweed trowsers, brown tweed vest; small slight whiskers ia front of oliin.
