Qualification : In respect of property occupied within the borough As inhabitants ------- Freemen, as such, are not entitled to vote in the election of Members to serve in Par'ir ment for this borough. Previous to the passing of the Reform Act, the right of election was in the inhabitants who had resided six months in the borough previous to the day of election, not being legally disqualified.
