'• 254 ELECTORS REGISTERED, AND VOTERS POLLED RETURN of the Number of FREEMEN in each City and Borough in England and Wales on the Register of 1837, as entitled to Vote in the Election of Members to serve in Parliament; specifying the Number of such Freemen who are not entitled to Vote by virtue of any other Qualification for Members of Parliament, and the Number of such Freemen who are not Municipal Electors;— and a RETURN of the Total Number of MUNICIPAL ELECTORS on the Register in each City and Borough returning a Member to serve in Parliament in England and Wales after the Revision of 1837; stating the Number of such Electors who are not also Qualified to Vote for Members to serve in Parliament, and of those who are so Qualified as Freemen only. ABERYSTWITH. THE number of freemen on the register of 1837 as entitled to vote in the election of a Member to serve in Parliament for this and the three other Cardiganshire boroughs is 99 ; and the number of such freemen who are not entitled to vote by virtue of any other qualifica- ion is 60. The number of such freemen who are not municipal electors is 61. The total number of municipal electors of this borough on the register of 1837 is 286. The number of such electors who are not also qualified to vote for the borough Member is 82. The number of those who are so qualified as freemen only is three. 17 February 1838.
