THE notice or statement, of which the above is a copy, was delivered to me at the last Quarter Sessions for this county, by an attorney resident in Gloucester, who stated that it had been then sometime previously left with him by Mr. Birdsall to be delivered to me, but that it having escaped his recollection he had neglected doing so. In obedience to the Act of Parliament 1 transmit you the above copy thereof, And have the honour to be, Sir, your most obedient servant, Edvocl.
