AGUES BELONGING TO THE CHURCH IN IRELAND. N° 2.— Diocese of CLOGHCR : THE number of Acres returned by such of the tenants of the See of Clogher, as have complied with the Bishop's request, to make returns of the number of Acres they hold under the See of Clogher, pursuant to the above orders, amounts to Twenty- seven thousand and seventy acres, three roods, and nine perches, of which there are Five thousand seven hundred and forty- seven acres, two roods and twenty- five perches uncultivated. And the number of Acres as form part of Glebe lands set apart at different times for glebes, from the See lands, amounts to Seven hundred and thirty acres. Some of the tenants holding Church lands, have omitted to make returns, stating that they are unable to do so, never having received a survey of the lands they hold; and some of their lands consisting of waste and uncultivated mountainous tracts, that never have been surveyed.
