io STATEMENT OF THE NUMBER OF ACRES N° 9.— Dioceses of FERNS AND LEIGHLIN— continued. Diocese of LEIGHLIN— continued. 35.— Parish of Templepeter: THERE are no Glebe lands in this Parish. March 12th, 1824. William Gore, Rector. 36.— Parish of Timogue: THERE is no Glebe land in the Union of Timogue, diocese of Leighlin, barony of Stradbally, Queen's County. In consequence of orders the clergy received a few years ago, I made diligent search in the Down Survey and records in the Castle of Dublin, and could find no trace of any Glebe land in the above Union. „ . o Joseph Cassan, Rector. 18th March 1824. r 37.— Parish of Stratford- on- Slaney : THBRE are ten and a half acres of Glebe land attached to the perpetual curacy of Stratford- on- Slaney, of which about two acres are uncultivated. 11 th March 1824. Mark Lyster Curate of Stratford- on- Slaney. 38.— Parish of Moyne: As Glebe land I hold 19 acres, 3 roods, and 35 perches, all pasture and meadow land, with an exception of a small portion of bog. The Glebe is subject to an acreable rent. Moyne Glebe, March 8th, 1824. Thomas Dooly. A true copy, which I attest, P. Preston, Registrar diocese Leighlin. See Lands: Wells, & c. THE towns land of Wells, Tinnygarney and Hammonds land contain five hundred and sixty- four acres or thereabouts, excepting twelve acres of Glebe in the possession of the Reverend Dean Bernard. See Lands: Ballinaboly: THE lands of Ballinaboly held by Mary Vigors, under the See of Leighlin, contain according to the lease in her possession, 228 acres, 12 perches of cultivated, land. Powerstown Glebe, March 10, 1824. Tho! M. Vigors. A true copy, which I attest, P. Preston, Registrar diocese Leighlin, and Agent. See Lands: Cloughsulton: A RETURN of the number of Acres of Land held by Thomas Bernard, Esquire, M. P. under the See of Leighlin and Ferns. There are 398 acres of cultivated, and 48 acres, 3 roods, and 25 perches of uncultivated, land. 6 March 1824. Tho. Bernard. See Lands : Leskin and Fenniscourt: A RETURN of the number of Acres held by John Burne, Esq. of Merrion- square, King's counsel ( as taken from the leases, he, though twice applied to, having refused to give any information), in the county of Carlow, under the See of Leighlin.
