io STATEMENT OF THE NUMBER OF ACRES N°. 9.— Dioceses of FERNS AND LEIGHLIN— continued. Diocese of FERNS— continued. Number of Acres under the Bishop of Ferns — continued. I HOLD under the Lord Bishop of Ferns, by my lease from his Lordship, 112 acres 1 rood ; but by a late survey which I had made of it, its present contents is only 104 acres 20 perches, the remainder having been washed away by the encroachments of the sea on that part near the Bay of Grenose, and which is increasing every day. As to what quantity my tenants have under tillage, or in any other way, is entirely unknown to me. John Exshaw. I HOLD under the See of Ferns, the Townland of Bally- farnogue, ( in English Alder- town;) containing one hundred and ninety acres, Irish plantation measure, for the term of three lives, and nothing more. Pilltown, New Ross, 14th March 1824. William Glascott, Clerk. A RETURN of the Denominations held by lease for 21 years, under the Lord Bishop of Leighlin and Ferns, by the Rev. Edmund Ferrers ; all arable and pasture. Maglass and the lands about the Church of Maglass, Busherstown, Magnestown, Gillms Parks, Woodtown, Lambertstown, Great and Little Gardrums, Sherwood, Haggard, Serchertown Parks, Cregg, Ballydoyle, Dampstown, Cornelstown and Granish, situate in the parish of Maglass ; and Havenstown, situate in the parish of Kilmannon, all in the county of Wexford ; containing in the whole ------ 865 A. 2 R, 21 P. 17th March 1824. William Harvey, Agent and Receiver to the Rev. Edmund Ferrers. A RETURN of the number of Acres held by the representative of the late Charles Tottenham, Esq. under the See of Ferns, in the county of Wexford. Knocklorton - - - 121 acres, arable, and generally cultivated. A true Copy, which I attest, P. Preston, Registrar diocese Ferns, and Agent. A RETURN of the number of Acres of Land held by Mrs. Margaret Sheppard, under the See of Ferns, in the county of Wexford. A.
