I HOLD under the Lord Bishop of Ferns, by my lease from his Lordship, 112 acres 1 rood ; but by a late survey which I had made of it, its present contents is only 104 acres 20 perches, the remainder having been washed away by the encroachments of the sea on that part near the Bay of Grenose, and which is increasing every day.
