There are no persons at present, nor have been at any time since the 17th of May last, in confinement in the Gaol, within the City or County of the City of Exeter, for Offences against the Game Laws. John Nicholas the younger, committed on the 14th of this month for three months, for non- payment of the penalty of ,£. 5. for sporting without being qualified, 011 a con- viction before Sir H. B.
