The Number of Days in Port includes, in some instances, particular Services by Order; also the Delays for Repairs, Dockage, Outfits, Victualling ; and whenever the delay in Harbour was not occa- fioned by these causes, or weather not permitting to cruize, the neglect has been reported, and the Commander censured, or suspended by Order of the Board. 15- S F.
