Fras Kiernan. 17th May 1808. 29. CRUIZERS, employed since the ift of January 1804; and the Number of Months in Port, or at Tnree Years and Nine Months, ending the 3o: h September 1807. REMARK S. Four Journals not returned. The four laft Months lhe was moored at Innifhowen, to fupprefs the fmuggling of Whifkey* Five Journals not returned. The two firft Months of the period Ihe was not in the Service. One Jeurnal not returned. Nine Journals not returned. The Seven firft Months of the period fhe was not in the Service, and one Journal not received. Two Months enforcing Regulations on the Fifhing Bank. Six Journals not returned. Nine Months cruizing off the Orkneys, to give advice if the Enemy's Fleet paffed. Two Journals not returned, and fhe was not in the Service till March 1S04. One Journal not returned. The Number of Days in Port includes, in some instances, particular Services by Order; also the Delays for Repairs, Dockage, Outfits, Victualling ; and whenever the delay in Harbour was not occa- fioned by these causes, or weather not permitting to cruize, the neglect has been reported, and the Commander censured, or suspended by Order of the Board. 15- S F.
