Mothil - - Vicarage. Rathcormick D°. Fues D°. These parishes are contiguous. Mothil is about four miles from N. to S. and n. bout four miles and a half from E. to to W. Rathcormi< k is about three miles frcm N. to S. and about two miles and a half from E. to W. Fues is about two miles from N. to S. and about two miles and a half from E. to W. 2. INCUMBENTS, Whether having Cure of Souls ; Wher* Refident; if non Refident, for what Caufe; and by whom the Duties are performed. Revd Richard Eyre; has cure of souls; resides in the Parish, and performs the duties himself. The Honble and Revd Richard Ponsonby; has cure of souls ; re- sides on his Benefice in the dioce-><- of Kildare; and the duties are performed by a resident Curate. Union cf DYSART and KILMOLERAN. Dysart and Kilmoleran - - Vicarage. Fenoa Entire Rectory Tcmplemihil ------- Rectory. The two former parishes are contiguous and are divided from Templemihil at least five miles ; Dysart and Kilmoleran is about a mile and a half in leng. h, and about one mile in the greatest breadth; Fenoa is about a mile and a half in length, and one mile in breadth; the extent of Templemihil lean- not find out. Kilmoleran is sometimes called a parish, but is more frequently considered a part nf Dysart. 3- BENEFICES; When United, and by what Authority. Episcopally united in the year 1800, when the present Incumbent took possession of this Bene- fice. The Revd James Smyth; has cure of souls ; resides in the Glebe House, in the parish of Dysart and Kilmoleran, aad performs the duties himself. Union of CLONeGAM. Clonegam - -- -- -- - Entire Rectory Newtownlenan - D\ These parishes are not contiguous, and are near eight miles distant from each other. .31* Seskenagh 32. 1. 2. 3- 4- 33- 1. 2. 34- 1. Revd Thomas Stanley Monk has cure of souls ; resides in an adjacent parish, there being no re- sidence in the Union, and performs the duties himself. Vicarage Union or CARUCH ON- SUir. Kilmurry - -- -- -- -- Entire Rectory. Carrick - Vicarage. Kilsheelan D°. Ardcollam - - D". These parishes are contiguous. I cannot find out their extent, but together they must be very extensive. Union of SHANRAHAN. Shanrahan Vicarage. Templetenny D°. These parishes are contiguous. Their extent separately I cannot find out, but together they contain 9,870 acres; great part of which is mountainous, uncul- tivated, and uninhabited. Rathronan Vicarage. The two former pa- rishes were united epis- copally in the year 1787, when the present Incum- bent took possession of them; it appears that they were always held so united. They were epis- copally united to the! rectory of Templemihil, in the year 1804.. Revd Harris Oldfield; has cure of souls ; resides in the parish of Aglis, where he attends a Chapel of Ease, and performs the duties himself. Revd Standish Grady ; has cure of souls ; does not reside, nor do 1 know where he does reside ; but by a letter I have lately received from him, he promises to take up his residence in Carrick in a few days. The duties are performed by a resident Curate. Revd Dr Charles Tuckey; has cure of souls ; resides in the parish. of Tullaghorton, a very few yards outside the parish of Shanrahan, and performs the duties himself. ReV Daniel Sullivan; has cure ef souls; resides in Lismore, where he performs the preaching- turns for the Dean and Chapter. The duties are performed by a Curate, who resides in Clonmel, about three; miles from the Church. Episcopally united in the year 1801, when th present Incumbent took possession of it; and it appears it has always been held so united.
