[ 3 ] A LIST of the Names of such Proprietors of the PUBLIC FUNDS transferable at the SOUTII SEA HOUSE as were entitled to DIVIDENDS on or before the 10th of October 1802, which remained unpaid on the - 23d of May 1805;— the Number of Dividends due to each Person, and the Dates when the first Dividends respectively became payable:— Together with such Descriptions of the said Persons as have been entered in the Books of the SOUTH SEA COMPANY.
