C O R N E L I U S G R O G A N , E S Q . 7 cc tion of the faid Manor and Lands, and ( hall have and enjoy therewith aH and " fingular the manorial rights, privileges, fervices, and appurtenances, to the fame ec Manor anciently or of right belonging or appertaining as if this Aft had not u been made, nor the faid Cornelius Grcgan attainted of Treafon; any thing herein " contained to the contrary notwithflanding." And the faid Claufe was read thrice; and upon the Queftion being thereupon put, the fame was agreed to by the Lloule, and ordered to be made part of tne faid Bill. Refolved, That the faid Bill do pafs, and that the title be, " An A A for the At- " tainder of Edward Fitzgerald commonly called Lord Edward Fitzgerald, Cornelius " Grogan, and Beauchamp Bagenal Harvey, deceafed, of High Trealon." Ordered, That the Right Honourable Mr. Attorney General do carry the faid Bill to the Lords, and defire their concurrence. A Meffage from the Lords by Mr. Walker and Mr. Henn, two of the Mafters in fio ] ™ £ tem. Chancery, that the Lords have agreed to an engroffed Bill fent up by this Houfe, yu I? 92. intituled, " An Aft for the Attainder of Edward Fitzgerald commonly called Lord " Edward Fitzgerald, Cornelius Grogan, Beauchamp Bagenal Harvey, deceafed, of " H igh 1 reafon, without any amendment. Royal Affent, 6th Oftober 1798. IT appears from the above Proceedings, and is in the recolleftion of many per- fons, that many Witnefles were examined before the Committee of the v/ hole Houfe to whom the Bill was referred, touching the fubjeft matter thereof; but it not having been the ufageof the Irifli ITouie of Commons to caufe any entry to be made or memorial preferved of the Evidence given before fuch Committees of the whole Houfe, there is not any official document now exifting from which the particulars of the Evidence given by the faid Witnefles could be ftated.
